OUR CRUST

As we strive to give our customers our best

Our sourdough crust is made by hand in the cart each day.  We let the dough ferment overnight to bring out the sour flavor. The starter was made using local grapes to collect the wild Portland yeast.  Our crust only contains water, flour, wild yeast, and salt.  We never use commercial yeast, and the wild yeast in our dough gives it a light airy texture and distinct flavor.
